Gratitude

This journey hasn’t offered many bright moments, but today brings gratitude — a reminder that even in hardship, hope still shines through.

There have not been many positives throughout this cancer journey, but today we are grateful. Together, we were blessed to watch our first graduate Kindergarten this morning. We are so proud of you little man!

We are expressing even more gratitude for the results of Nick’s first surveillance CT scan. It not only picked up Nick’s pulmonary embolism, but indicated that the chemotherapy is working. Nick’s tumors have shrunk 50%- a “clinically meaningful and encouraging” response in Nueroendocrine Carcinomas.

We are forever grateful for your thoughts, prayers and strong positive vibes! Please continue to pray for our family.
